Defines technical standards, cloud-native strategies, modernization initiatives, and software delivery governance across hybrid cloud environments. Guides DevSecOps, SRE, AI/ML, zero-trust, and resilient integration practices while mentoring engineering leaders. Partners with executives, product leaders, and mission stakeholders to align technology with strategic objectives and supports secure deployment across controlled, multi-domain environments.

Develop, maintain, enhance, and support a mission-critical HUD enterprise application using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and related web technologies. Responsibilities include full-stack development, UI and API implementation, database workflows, troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, releases, deployment support, documentation, and compliance with security and accessibility standards.
