Supports NAVAIR program operations through data analysis, schedule and budget tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting logistics, documentation, action-item follow-up, database and file management, data calls, travel arrangements, and IPT calendar maintenance. Provides financial support for the PAE Munitions Rapid Capability Cell, managing funding across RDTE, WPN, and OMN appropriations. Prepares budget exhibits, POM submissions, and financial impact statements; tracks planned versus actual obligations and expenditures; coordinates with SYSCOMs, budget personnel, cost leads, and program teams; and monitors budget risks across the FYDP. The role requires financial analysis, government appropriations knowledge, stakeholder coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Provides cybersecurity expertise for mission-critical enterprise systems, including security control assessments, vulnerability and penetration testing, threat modeling, risk mitigation, compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and DoD RMF, and secure SDLC integration. The role advises leadership, evaluates security tools and architectures, mentors teams, presents assessment findings, and supports advanced threat detection, DevSecOps, zero-trust, and classified defense environments.
