Evaluate program/project objectives, analyze requirements, budgets and schedules, and track status. Manage documentation, change control, data calls (RFIs/RFAs), and database/file organization. Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, travel/logistics, action items, and IPT calendars. Maintain IPT org charts and apply government processes for acquisition and program support.

Develop, maintain, and enhance a mission-critical Java/Jakarta EE browser-based HUD servicing and accounting system. Implement front-end components, REST APIs, SQL-backed workflows, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews and releases, support testing and deployments, and contribute to modernization and compliance efforts.

Support the Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office by performing program, technical, and business analysis for obsolescence efforts. Track schedules, budgets, and risks; prepare SOWs, PIDs, budget submissions, RDAIS reports, and briefings; manage documentation, change control, and program phasing using AMS tools, TOMIS, Excel, and standard analytical practices.
