Create technical repeats, colorways, and factory-ready specs, collaborate cross-functionally on development, and support prototypes to production while maintaining brand aesthetic and sustainability standards.

Lead the Amazon channel strategy and day-to-day operations to drive revenue, category share, and product visibility. Manage digital shelf (A+/PDP, brand store), promotions, advertising partners, SKU-level forecasting, FBA inventory, Seller Central operations, and cross-functional alignment to optimize performance and reporting.

Own end-to-end sourcing and production execution for home textile products: manage PO issuance to on-time delivery, maintain PLM/ERP data integrity, analyze production and cost data, build and manage factory partnerships, drive sourcing/cost optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production risks and improve processes. Occasional international factory travel required.

Own full-cycle recruiting for new store openings, source and assess retail candidates, manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, HRIS updates and Checkr background checks, resolve frontline employee relations issues, support retail HR administration, periodically travel to stores, and lead the corporate summer internship program.
