Monitors critical network systems, answers customer technical support calls, creates and triages tickets, assesses impact and urgency, escalates issues, owns tickets through resolution, and communicates outage updates. The role operates in a 24/7 network operations environment and supports connectivity, hardware, software, and system issues.

Manage the full network change lifecycle across a 24x7 NOC, from intake and risk assessment through scheduling, execution, validation, and closure. Coordinate Engineering, Field Operations, Performance, and customer-facing teams; provide live event oversight; manage escalations; track SLAs, KPIs, rollbacks, and incidents; produce dashboards and reports; and drive continuous improvement in change governance and operational risk management.

Leads commercial real estate wireless solutions growth across Texas, identifying investment opportunities, developing property-owner and partner relationships, negotiating venue agreements, securing wireless rights, expanding infrastructure portfolios, and managing a three-year territory growth plan. The role focuses on enterprise connectivity solutions including cellular, Wi-Fi, private networks, fiber, small cells, and converged networks, while supporting pipeline health, deal closures, and industry representation.
