The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics team and ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and inventory control. This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsible for preparing and repairing trims, programming trim machines, and conducting maintenance activities on trim tools. Must have 2+ years of trim tool experience and preferably experience in aluminum die casting manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

The Quality Technician will be responsible for checking and testing cast assembled parts and powertrain parts using high precision measurement tools. They will also be involved in programming coordinate measuring machines and analyzing data from inspections. Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control and ability to create reports in Microsoft Office applications is required.

The Machining Operator is responsible for operating CNC and assembly machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining customer satisfaction. They also perform setups, changeovers, and preventive maintenance on equipment, as well as deburring and straightening tasks using hand tools. Strong manual dexterity and communication skills are required for this role. Basic PC skills and ability to read, write, and perform basic math are necessary. The operator should have good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.

The SMED Technician will be responsible for conducting SMED activities and maintaining shot sleeves, shot tips, shot rods, limit switches, and fittings. They will work as a team to achieve SMED benchmarks and adhere to shop cleanliness standards.
