Coordinates production control activities, including daily operations scheduling, production data entry, inventory and records review, forecasting, product flow, SOP compliance, quality standards, and HACCP/TQM initiatives. Supports supervisors, communicates with internal and external customers, maintains department effectiveness, and contributes to facility planning. Requires production-floor leadership or production-planning experience, multitasking ability, computer proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Manage complex engineering and facilities projects from concept through implementation, overseeing budgets, schedules, regulatory compliance, manufacturing process improvements, utilities, equipment selection, vendors, and consultants. The role also mentors engineering and facilities staff, supports sanitary food manufacturing design, identifies energy reduction opportunities, and ensures projects meet quality, cost, safety, and operational objectives.

Performs varied manufacturing tasks assigned by supervisors, keeps pace with production lines, follows GMPs, SOPs, plant rules, and safety procedures, and maintains a clean work area. The role requires teamwork, effective communication, following written and oral instructions, and meeting product specifications. Physical demands include frequent walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, climbing, and exposure to cold, wet conditions, moving machinery, and chemicals.
