The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations, trains employees, ensures compliance with HACCP and USDA regulations, and coordinates departmental activities.

Perform in-store product sampling and demonstrations of Boar's Head deli products; engage and educate consumers about flavor and nutrition; set up and transport sampling equipment; maintain food safety and sanitation; travel to assigned local retail locations and work a flexible schedule.

Oversee product fabrication and ensure compliance with food safety and quality systems (SQF, GMP, HACCP, QCCP, SSOP, USDA-FSIS). Perform process audits, finished-product assessments, risk assessments, corrective action development and monitoring, and communicate issues to production and QA leadership to maintain product safety and quality.
