Full-cycle Commercial Account Executive responsible for driving revenue in an SMB outbound motion: self-generate pipeline, close deals with discipline, maintain CRM hygiene, build repeatable sales habits, and help scale sales culture while selling into hospitality buyers.

Serve as primary contact for hotel clients to drive revenue growth and optimize account performance. Negotiate rates and terms, analyze account performance, support Account Executives with outreach and admin tasks, and use CRM tools to track interactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Laravel 10+. Architect scalable solutions, optimize MySQL databases, containerize with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes, integrate AI tools, write automated tests, participate in architecture and code reviews, and collaborate remotely in Agile teams.

Lead and execute high-impact growth and product transformation initiatives: translate strategy into project frameworks, drive discovery/validation cycles, own agile roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, establish governance/visibility, and deliver validated services and product changes.

Lead 0-1 product discovery for autonomous AI in hospitality. Run rapid experiments, customer interviews, MVP validation, and qualitative/quantitative research to define what to build. Learn LLM/agent boundaries, iterate quickly, and launch validated features for hotels and resorts. Domain expertise in travel/hospitality tech is strongly preferred.
