Configure and implement Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for international clients. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops, developing prototypes, testing configurations, supporting customer acceptance, providing Workday best-practice guidance, reporting project status, and improving operational processes. The role also involves client management, subject matter expertise, Workday operations support, and participation in the Workday Community.

Configure and customize Workday HCM to meet client requirements: gather and analyze business needs, design and prototype solutions, lead demos and testing, advise on business processes, collaborate with project managers, and promote Workday best practices and continuous improvements.

Provide end-user hardware and software support, manage and follow up on support tickets, and progressively own application, infrastructure, and operations support. Deliver high-quality service to internal users including senior stakeholders in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Deliver Workday integration solutions: analyze requirements, design and implement integrations, run discovery workshops, document high-level designs, coordinate with offshore teams, vendors and clients, and follow Workday implementation methodology while reporting project status.

Participate in Workday Core HCM implementations: gather and analyze client requirements, run workshops, configure and prototype solutions, support testing and operations, recommend best practices, produce status reports, and contribute to the Workday community to drive adoption and process improvements.

Analyze finance business requirements, run workshops, design/prototype and configure Workday Financials (Accounting, P2P, O2C, Banking, Assets, Reporting), support testing and operations, provide SME guidance, report to engagement manager, ensure best practices, and participate in the Workday community.

Work with clients to gather requirements, configure and prototype Workday Core HCM solutions, run workshops, support testing and operations, and ensure adoption of Workday best practices across international projects.
