Lead full-cycle Workday implementations and manage project financials, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring delivery excellence and team leadership.

Configure and customize Workday HCM to meet client requirements: gather and analyze business needs, design and prototype solutions, lead demos and testing, advise on business processes, collaborate with project managers, and promote Workday best practices and continuous improvements.

Provide end-user hardware and software support, manage and follow up on support tickets, and progressively own application, infrastructure, and operations support. Deliver high-quality service to internal users including senior stakeholders in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
