Supervise and coordinate campus support services including meeting-room bookings, hospitality and event setup, vendor and inventory management, maintenance follow-up, and frontline support for faculty and staff while ensuring safety and institutional policy compliance.

Manage the Dean’s Office administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, records, communications, meetings, and follow-up. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments, support faculty, staff, students, visitors, and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate, confidential documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, professionalism, and bilingual Arabic-English proficiency.

Coordinates localized marketing campaigns, promotional activities, branch events, outreach programs, and marketing communications. Collaborates with digital, content, social media, outreach, and analytics teams to execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency, conduct local market research, monitor competitors, provide reporting data, coordinate vendors, maintain marketing records, and support budgeting and invoicing.

Lead and manage college administrative operations including office services, scheduling, budget and resource management, compliance, records management, event and project coordination, and student/faculty support. Ensure policy implementation, accreditation readiness, and business continuity while developing staff, improving processes, and liaising with regulators and stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore-based websites and applications. Build Sitecore templates, components, and integrations with third-party systems. Optimize performance and search, troubleshoot implementations, follow DevOps/CI-CD practices, and ensure code quality through reviews and documentation.

Manage occupational health, safety, and fire protection across the college through inspections, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, incident investigation, training, contractor oversight, and compliance. Maintain records, coordinate audits, and improve safety systems and culture while liaising with maintenance, security, administration, contractors, and regulators.
