Manage end-to-end recruitment for the college: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate experience, build talent pipelines with universities and healthcare partners, update Zoho and ATS, report on recruiting metrics, ensure compliance, and train/support hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end student admissions, document verification, tuition and financial aid coordination, SIS/Odoo data entry, visa documentation support, student services, and ensure KHDA/MOE and PDPL compliance for the Dubai campus.

Provide first-line support for enterprise applications: handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, coordinate escalations, maintain software inventory and licensing records, assist vendor coordination, support basic reporting/configuration, and participate in continuous learning about ERP and institutional systems.

Provide first- and second-level support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 services, and network connectivity; manage Active Directory, endpoint security, software deployment, and helpdesk processes; support classroom AV/e-learning and maintain IT asset records while improving service delivery.

Manage applicant intake, review applications, communicate decisions, track payments and documents, update the Student Information System, coordinate financial aid documentation, issue student IDs, maintain records, respond to student inquiries, process withdrawals/reactivations, and support registration periods.

Develop, customize, integrate, and maintain the organization's ERP (primarily Odoo) modules, reports, workflows, and integrations. Support system performance, deployments, migrations, Linux/Nginx hosting, backups, security, and interoperability. Collaborate with business users, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, maintainable ERP solutions and contribute process automation and continuous improvement.

Implement and monitor workplace health and safety practices through inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, training and emergency drills. Ensure regulatory compliance, PPE use, maintenance of safety equipment and records, coordinate fire safety and liaise with external authorities while promoting a strong organizational safety culture.
