Manage student admissions and registration processes: review applications, communicate decisions, track payments and financial aid, issue ID cards, maintain records in the SIS, respond to student inquiries, process withdrawals/reactivations, and prepare official documents.

Implement and monitor workplace health and safety practices through inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, training and emergency drills. Ensure regulatory compliance, PPE use, maintenance of safety equipment and records, coordinate fire safety and liaise with external authorities while promoting a strong organizational safety culture.

Manage applicant intake and admission processing, verify documentation, update student records in the Student Information System, coordinate financial aid documentation and contracts, issue student ID cards, respond to student inquiries and support registration-related activities, and maintain secure organized student records.
