Provide administrative, clerical, and coordination support to the Hospital Affairs Department, including managing calendars, meetings, filing, and correspondence; assist with budgets, invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations, vendor coordination, contracts, and financial recordkeeping; support audits, procurement, departmental reporting, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide administrative, clerical, and coordination support including filing, data entry, correspondence, calendar and meeting management, record keeping, stakeholder communication, and logistical support for departmental activities while handling confidential information and using Microsoft Office and institutional systems.
