Coordinates research unit operations, including proposals, IRB and ethics documentation, research records, data management, reporting, compliance, meetings, and project milestones. Supports faculty and student research, provides process guidance, organizes training and workshops, and liaises with academic departments, laboratories, IT, libraries, accreditation teams, and external stakeholders. Maintains confidentiality and ensures research activities follow institutional policies and ethical standards.

Executes corporate marketing strategies at branch level, manages local campaigns, events, partnerships, community engagement, student initiatives, brand consistency, lead capture, CRM data, market intelligence, and reporting. The role coordinates with corporate marketing, content, social media, creative teams, branch leadership, students, and external stakeholders to strengthen institutional visibility and support enrollment objectives.

Manage admissions and registration tasks: process applications, communicate decisions, track payments and documents, coordinate financial aid, issue ID cards, maintain student records, support SIS/Blackboard access, and provide student services during registration.
