The role is responsible for executing corporate campaigns, managing branch-level marketing activities, identifying local opportunities and partnerships, supporting events and community engagement, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

While operating within the strategic direction and brand framework established by Corporate Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive is expected to proactively identify opportunities that strengthen the branch’s visibility, community presence, partnerships, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy Execution & Brand Alignment
  • Execute marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects in accordance with Corporate Marketing strategy and priorities.
  • Translate corporate marketing plans into effective branch-level activities and activations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities, communications, signage, digital displays, promotional materials, and events comply with approved brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent institutional messaging and uphold the “one-voice” approach across all branch marketing touchpoints.
  • Provide Corporate Marketing with regular updates and reports on branch activities, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with Corporate Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and required marketing materials.
Local Marketing & Community Engagement
  • Proactively identify and propose relevant local marketing opportunities, activations, conferences, exhibitions, and community events.
  • Develop initiatives that strengthen relationships between the branch and its surrounding community.
  • Identify opportunities for health awareness campaigns, educational initiatives, community partnerships, alumni engagement, and other visibility-building activities.
  • Support the marketing aspects of MOUs, partnerships, and strategic alliances, ensuring appropriate activation and promotion.
  • Build productive relationships with relevant local organizations, community partners, and stakeholders.
Events & Branch Activations
  • Lead the on-ground marketing execution of branch events, including open days, graduation ceremonies, conferences, symposia, exhibitions, student fairs, and institutional activities.
  • Develop event marketing and activation plans in coordination with Corporate Marketing and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate event branding, promotional materials, digital coverage, photography/videography requirements, and on-site marketing logistics.
  • Ensure events are executed professionally, consistently, and in accordance with institutional brand standards.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and provide post-event reports and recommendations.
Student Engagement & Campus Marketing
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for approved student-led activities and initiatives.
  • Guide student clubs and relevant stakeholders on branding and promotional requirements.
  • Support student engagement campaigns and campus initiatives that enhance institutional culture and visibility.
  • Ensure student-related marketing activities remain professional and aligned with institutional brand guidelines.
Content & Local Storytelling
  • Identify compelling branch stories, achievements, events, student activities, faculty initiatives, and community impact opportunities for corporate communication channels.
  • Coordinate the capture of high-quality photos, videos, testimonials, and other content from branch activities.
  • Work closely with Corporate Content, Social Media, and Creative teams to ensure timely delivery of relevant materials.
  • Support localization of corporate campaigns based on branch and regional needs while maintaining overall brand consistency.
Lead Management & Marketing Data
  • Ensure accurate collection, validation, and submission of leads generated through events, exhibitions, activations, and other branch marketing activities.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and timely entry into the designated CRM system, including Odoo.
  • Coordinate with relevant Corporate teams to support lead tracking and campaign performance.
  • Ensure marketing-generated data is properly documented and reported.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, student preferences, and relevant developments within the assigned region.
  • Conduct or support surveys, market research, and competitor analysis when required.
  • Provide Corporate Marketing with actionable insights to support campaign planning, positioning, and enrollment strategies.
  • Prepare periodic reports covering marketing activities, events, partnerships, leads, market intelligence, and performance indicators.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Regional Marketing, Branch Marketing, Brand Activation, or a related field.
  • Experience managing marketing activities within a multi-branch or multi-location organization is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the higher education, healthcare, or service sector in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
Technical Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Odoo.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, lead-generation funnels, social media, and campaign execution.
  • Experience coordinating events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare performance and market intelligence reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing/project management tools.
