Maintain and troubleshoot voice and data networks, administer telephone systems, perform backups and disaster recovery, manage hardware/software inventory, assist with WAN, VPN, firewalls and security, support server infrastructure, document systems, and provide emergency coverage as assigned.

Administer and maintain casino systems (slot accounting, patron management, check/credit, marketing/promo, POS/PMS). Configure, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot gaming devices, servers, and networks; coordinate with vendors and casino departments; deploy approved media and modifications; support IT projects, train technicians, and ensure adherence to IT policies and regulations.

Oversee all IT and communications for a resort and casino, including LANs, gaming infrastructure, telephony, vendor coordination, system maintenance, security controls, reporting, and 24/7 emergency coverage while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers, SAN/NAS storage, backups, and server security. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and network connectivity; perform upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and support for casino-specific systems. Train technicians and assist IT operations and help desk while following IT policies.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across facility systems (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, pools, machine service). Troubleshoot, repair, maintain inventory, ensure public areas are safe and presentable, complete rounds and reports, follow safety/OSHA rules, and respond to guest requests. Participate in cross-training.

Provide customer service and safety monitoring at river, beach, and canopy areas: collect beach access payments, enforce rules and parking, uphold reservations, clean and stock facilities, report incidents to Security, perform retail duties as needed, and work outdoors in varying weather while delivering first aid and guest assistance.
