Install, configure, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual servers, SAN/NAS storage, backups, and server security. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and network connectivity; perform upgrades, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and support for casino-specific systems. Train technicians and assist IT operations and help desk while following IT policies.

Manage daily IT operations for a casino resort, overseeing systems, hardware, networking, telecom and help desk. Supervise and train technical staff, coordinate vendors, maintain casino business systems (Slot Accounting, Patron Management, POS/PMS), assist the IT Director with projects, ensure compliance, and provide user support and troubleshooting.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across facility systems (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, pools, machine service). Troubleshoot, repair, maintain inventory, ensure public areas are safe and presentable, complete rounds and reports, follow safety/OSHA rules, and respond to guest requests. Participate in cross-training.
