Operate advanced print and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials, including books and large-format posters. Ensure precision, quality, health and safety standards, and efficient production in a busy physical environment. Work independently and collaboratively across rotating 8-, 12-, and overnight shifts, supporting busy periods and maintaining production standards.

Build and maintain full-stack e-commerce systems, APIs, services, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, cloud environments, containerized workloads, and observability infrastructure. Improve deployment safety through feature flags, staged rollouts, migrations, and rollback strategies. Use AI-assisted development tools, contribute to architecture, lead initiatives, guide junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end operations for multiple production finishing streams, building and mentoring a management team to drive safety, output, flow, quality, people, commerciality, and equipment performance. Deliver continuous improvement using Lean/5S, manage budgets and resource planning, ensure equipment reliability and PPM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and on-time delivery.

Own and grow the Labels or Large Format category across two brands by developing strategy, driving revenue and margin, shaping product range and pricing, improving website experience and marketing, launching products, using data to inform decisions, and working cross-functionally to deliver category growth.
