Ensure precision, quality, health and safety standards, and efficient production in a busy physical environment. Work independently and collaboratively across rotating 8-, 12-, and overnight shifts, supporting busy periods and maintaining production standards.

Build and maintain full-stack e-commerce systems, APIs, services, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, cloud environments, containerized workloads, and observability infrastructure. Improve deployment safety through feature flags, staged rollouts, migrations, and rollback strategies. Use AI-assisted development tools, contribute to architecture, lead initiatives, guide junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end operations for multiple production finishing streams, building and mentoring a management team to drive safety, output, flow, quality, people, commerciality, and equipment performance. Deliver continuous improvement using Lean/5S, manage budgets and resource planning, ensure equipment reliability and PPM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and on-time delivery.
