Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing customers, welcoming new buyers, retaining lapsed customers, gathering feedback, building relationships, and identifying cross-selling and repeat-purchase opportunities. The role requires maintaining targeted call volumes, understanding customer needs, recommending relevant print products, and sharing customer insights with the Marketing and eCommerce team. This is an office-based, telephone-focused position in Rotherham, Monday to Friday.

Conduct targeted outbound calls to existing trade customers and warm leads, identifying unmet product needs and cross-selling print categories. Develop accounts, re-engage inactive customers, explain product innovations and pricing, manage follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and progress a high-volume sales pipeline. The role is office-based in Manvers, Rotherham, with training provided and no prior print industry experience required.

Own and grow acquisition channels across paid search, SEO, GEO, and emerging platforms. Manage marketing budgets, bidding strategies, attribution, conversion tracking, testing, and ROI optimization. Partner with analytics, finance, web, product, and development teams to improve technical SEO, AI search visibility, and channel performance. Report commercial results to senior stakeholders and make data-driven investment decisions.
