Own and improve the Pigment FP&A system, including administration, data integrity, modeling, forecasting, dashboards, and user support. Manage relationships with enterprise B2B SaaS customers, serving as a strategic advisor and customer advocate. Maintain customer data in Gainsight, Totango, or Salesforce while tracking health, NPS, and adoption metrics.
