We are looking for a Python Developer!

Responsibilities:

• Drive projects from design through implementation, experimentation and finally shipping to our users.

• Translate requirements and technical designs into secure applications and services.

• Collaborate with Integration Engineers and Architects to develop solutions.

• Analyze how your features are performing in production to learn and make the product better

• Recommend technologies to enhance solution scalability, maintainability, and quality.

• Engage in code reviews, as well as software release processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical or, related field AND considerable similar industry related experience in a software engineering role.

• 2+ years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in web frameworks and RESTful APIs, along with core Python programming skills.

• Experience with Python frameworks, preferably Flask

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Good system design, algorithmic skills, good knowledge of data structures

• Strong problem solving and debugging skills

• Writing automated tests, (e.g., Pytest)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux environments and applications.

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ) and databases (e.g., ElasticSearch, Neo4j)

• ReactJS

• Postgres DB

• General database knowledge and experience of working with data at high scale

• Troubleshooting skills across network, application, caching, queuing, load-balancing storage and distributed services layers

• Networking knowledge
