Manage a portfolio of large accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, lead contract discussions, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and represent the company at industry events. Frequent travel across Italy and occasional travel within Europe required.

Design and develop electrical systems for smart locker products, focusing on battery systems, chargers, harnesses, PCB and connector design, charging solutions, lighting, testing, validation, and technical documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-discipline collaboration.

Work directly with a founder/COO on cross-functional strategic, creative, and operational projects: prepare executive presentations and reports, turn ambiguous problems into plans, maintain founder-office operational rhythm, represent the office in meetings, and propose improvements to culture, onboarding, and communications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for smart locker solutions. Solve complex technical problems, improve system reliability, implement testing and CI/CD, monitor performance, and mentor junior engineers while contributing to technical vision and architecture.

Lead the OpsTech engineering org (~20 people) to deliver internal platforms, integrations, and automation. Drive transition from Airtable to Odoo, build OperationsOS, set delivery practices, own performance management, hiring, org design, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to improve predictability, quality, and operational reliability.

Develop and maintain firmware and integrate high-level software for smart locker hardware. Debug across kernel-to-application stacks, implement Yocto-based Linux distributions, customize drivers and system configs, design firmware unit tests and CI pipelines, participate in design reviews, and produce technical documentation.

Lead hardware root-cause investigations for deployed smart lockers, develop test jigs and repair components, track reliability KPIs, feed DFR/DFT insights to R&D, support EVT/DVT/PVT and close quality loops with production and industrialization teams.
