Debug across kernel-to-application stacks, implement Yocto-based Linux distributions, customize drivers and system configs, design firmware unit tests and CI pipelines, participate in design reviews, and produce technical documentation.

Manage HRIS and employee records, support full employee lifecycle, coordinate onboarding/offboarding with IT/Finance/Office, oversee payroll collaboration, absence and leave management, benefits administration, and HR policy/contracts in compliance with Portuguese labour law. Drive People Ops process improvements, advise managers on HR best practices, and assist organizing internal events.

Lead hardware root-cause investigations for deployed smart lockers, develop test jigs and repair components, track reliability KPIs, feed DFR/DFT insights to R&D, support EVT/DVT/PVT and close quality loops with production and industrialization teams.

Lead and scale a global support function: manage ticket ops, SLAs, tooling, KPIs, vendor relationships, and feedback into Product and Operations to improve customer experience and support scalability.
