Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle for hardware, software, and services, from account planning and executive engagement through complex negotiations and closing. Develop territory strategies, build enterprise pipelines, manage forecasts, lead cross-functional deal teams, and expand strategic accounts. The role requires selling to large organizations in the CEP or postal last-mile industries, managing senior stakeholders, supporting tenders and RFPs, and mentoring junior sales colleagues.

Perform manual, functional, API, and automated testing for cloud, firmware, and smart locker solutions. Create test scenarios and cases, identify and track bugs, review technical requirements, evaluate test results, and collaborate with developers to improve product quality, reliability, performance, and adaptability. The role also supports risk identification, Agile development, CI/CD automation, and potentially firmware, hardware, IoT, load, and performance testing.

Leads cross-functional operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, support, maintenance, and deployment. Assesses processes, identifies bottlenecks and root causes, redesigns workflows using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, and supports implementation and change management. The role standardizes best practices across geographies, conducts operational reviews and field visits, and drives data-informed efficiency improvements with operations and program management teams.
