Hands-on Site Reliability Engineer responsible for production support, incident response, root cause analysis, observability, SLI/SLO development, synthetic monitoring, automation, and toil reduction. The role partners with software engineering to resolve application, database, API, and infrastructure issues, implement permanent fixes, improve reliability practices, and support a rotating on-call schedule.

Leads and develops a team of Conversion Data Analysts, owning workload prioritization, delivery quality, and performance outcomes. Uses KPIs and data to identify risks, guide decisions, and improve high-volume conversion workflows. Partners with project management, Engineering, Product, Support, and leadership to ensure accurate data mapping and successful customer onboarding. Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market nonprofit customers, including pipeline development, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts and pipeline records, achieve sales quotas and targets, self-source at least half of deals, and build trusted relationships within the nonprofit community. Develop deep expertise in Bloomerang’s SaaS products and communicate their value to prospects while addressing technical and business needs.

Own the full sales cycle for Bloomerang’s nonprofit software, including pipeline development, outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, closing, and accurate Salesforce forecasting. Build trusted relationships within the nonprofit community, achieve quota targets, generate self-sourced opportunities, and develop deep expertise in Bloomerang’s platform and services.

As an Outbound BDR, generate new business opportunities by prospecting nonprofits, setting meetings for Account Executives, and achieving sales targets.

Own partner marketing campaigns, communications, automated workflows, webinars, events, and partner programs. Manage PartnerStack administration, partner records, portal updates, reporting infrastructure, and data integrity. Measure campaign engagement, activation, and referrals while partnering with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and the Partner Manager to improve processes, automate work, and scale the partner program.

As a Sr. Software Engineer at Bloomerang, you will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and enhance SaaS solutions while utilizing .NET and AI tools. You will ensure scalable, maintainable applications, advocate for Agile workflows, and focus on quality outcomes in software development.

The Outbound Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities for Bloomerang, engage potential nonprofit customers, and set qualified meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate sales data.

Lead product discovery and delivery for a nonprofit persona: deeply understand customers, define outcomes, prototype and test solutions, and ship AI-enabled features. Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to measure impact and continuously improve product experiences.

The Account Executive will manage a sales pipeline, drive outbound efforts, oversee the sales process, and engage with the nonprofit community to educate them about Bloomerang's software and services.
