Lead a team of Care Experience Coordinators overseeing intake, scheduling, staffing, performance management, reporting, and on-call support. Ensure client-field staff matching, manage attendance and overtime, recruit and train coordinators, liaise with partners and OHaH, document SOPs, handle incidents and payroll/HR queries, and drive continuous improvement and business development for home care services.

Provide in-home support to clients including meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and multiple daily home visits. Travel between patients, deliver compassionate care, and communicate clearly while working flexible schedules including every-other-weekend shifts.
