The Tax Administrator coordinates tax documentation and workpapers across approximately 350 LLCs and investment properties. Responsibilities include supporting K-1s, 1099s, W-9s, tax returns, property tax administration, year-end reconciliations, tax notices, entity records, regulatory research, and investor inquiries. The role uses Yardi and Club Essential to extract data, coordinates with accounting teams and external advisors, and supports tax planning and process improvements.

Performs full-cycle general ledger accounting for a hospitality property portfolio, including cash management, accounts payable, invoice review, reconciliations, journal entries, payroll and commission posting, monthly financial statements, budgeting, and year-end close support. Collaborates with property managers, investors, and supervisors to ensure accurate reporting and address financial issues.

Manages the overall performance of a residential property, including operations, leasing, marketing, financial performance, resident experience, compliance, and vendor coordination. Leads and develops the onsite team, drives occupancy and revenue, oversees collections and budgeting, manages marketing and reputation, supports resident retention, conducts inspections, and ensures property standards and service quality.

Supports commercial real estate investment, development, financing, and asset-level decisions through financial modeling, underwriting, market research, budgeting, due diligence, valuation, and return analysis. Prepares investment and financing materials, evaluates debt and equity structures, tracks project costs, analyzes incentives, and assists with portfolio monitoring and scenario analysis. Works collaboratively with investment, development, accounting, construction, brokerage, and property management teams.
