Manage tax documentation and workflows for ~350 LLCs, assist with K-1s/1099s/W-9s, coordinate with internal teams and external tax advisors, monitor property tax assessments, support year-end processes, respond to tax notices, maintain entity records, and use Yardi and Club Essential for data extraction.

Perform daily maintenance and appearance of the golf course: mowing, bunker maintenance, course setup, equipment operation, fertilizer/pesticide application as directed, irrigation assistance, debris removal, and seasonal projects under superintendent supervision.
