Lead day-to-day accounting for US regional operations, including full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, close activities, project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, margin analysis, budgeting, reporting, accounts payable and receivable, working capital oversight, and internal controls. Partner with operational and project leaders to explain financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements.

Lead day-to-day accounting for US Regional Operations, performing full-cycle accounting, project accounting, job costing, margin analysis, revenue recognition, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, working-capital management, operational reporting, and process improvements while partnering with operations and leadership to drive financial performance and controls.

Manage reciprocating equipment repair and overhaul projects end-to-end, providing technical guidance, coordinating teams/vendors, operating 3D scanning, supporting 3D/2D design, overseeing sourcing, tracking progress/costs/risks, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Support finance by processing vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, AP/AR records, cash flow monitoring, month/year-end close support, GST/PST filings, vendor relations, and process improvement initiatives. Assist budgeting, onboarding, and compliance while maintaining internal controls and documentation.

Manage all administrative and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing reports. Coordinate with external firms and maintain relationships with suppliers.
