The role involves managing the CEO's calendar, organizing travel, running the SF office, coordinating supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees by planning team events and improving office setup.

Own Blacksmith's visual and verbal brand across web, product, social, events, decks, and swag. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals, build a scalable brand system, collaborate with founders and engineers on launch narratives, ship quickly and iterate publicly, and raise craft and quality across the company.

Own and drive the enterprise roadmap across CI, sandboxes, and coding agent products. Define security, auditability, and compliance surfaces; shape enterprise networking and tenant isolation; own identity and admin (SSO, roles, permissions); build programmatic surfaces (usage/cost APIs, cost attribution, integrations); partner with sales on procurement, POCs, packaging, and pricing to remove enterprise blockers and deliver scalable enterprise-grade features.
