This is a six-month term role requiring independent work, organization, customer communication, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and willingness to learn NetSuite.

Negotiates contracts, manages supplier relationships, analyzes spend and total cost of ownership, tracks savings, and supports risk, compliance, budgeting, and governance activities. Partners with IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align procurement with technology objectives.

Supports Blackline Safety’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems by managing controlled documentation, updating process procedures, coordinating internal and external audits, tracking calibration activities, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires translating BPMN process maps into structured documents, maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, coordinating vendors and instrument logistics, and helping prepare for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 accreditations.

Coordinate end-to-end client implementations, managing multiple deployments from initiation through execution. Gather requirements, configure customized online accounts, deliver hardware, software, and analytics training, manage expectations, resolve issues, and support product rollouts. The role builds client relationships, coordinates field trials, identifies process improvements, and shares implementation insights internally. Candidates should be organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing numerous clients and projects simultaneously.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and real-time data pipelines supporting an IoT safety ecosystem. The role manages ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, orchestration, monitoring, data quality, and observability. It partners with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver reliable data services, productionize models, and shape long-term data platform architecture using AWS and modern infrastructure practices.

Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upsell in a SaaS environment. Prepare renewal quotes, negotiate contracts, execute business reviews, develop account plans, collaborate across teams and distribution partners, analyze client data, provide product feedback, and improve processes. Travel up to 15%.

Monitor real-time safety alerts, manage emergency escalations per protocol, provide basic technical troubleshooting, track weather/road risks, maintain incident records, and deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support on an overnight shift.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.

Lead end-to-end product ownership for hardware+software safety products: define roadmap, prioritize features, write specifications, measure KPIs, build business cases, coordinate engineering, support, sales and marketing, and drive launches and lifecycle decisions.

Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate with sales, production, shipping and distributors, resolve customer concerns, support renewals, and meet customer care service levels.
