Monitor real-time safety alerts, manage emergency escalations per protocol, provide basic troubleshooting and technical support, track weather/road conditions for lone workers, maintain incident records and reports, and deliver high-quality bilingual (French/English) customer service.

The Client Implementation Coordinator manages client implementations, gathers requirements, conducts training, and ensures successful deployment of Blackline's technology solutions.

Support sales tax compliance and order-to-cash processes including tax calculation review, reconciliations, exemption certificate management, invoicing and AR support, month-end and year-end closing, audit assistance, and process improvement for sales tax and revenue recognition.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.

Prepare and reconcile financial statements, manage month-end and year-end close, support audits, produce variance analysis and KPIs, maintain financial controls, coordinate with departments, and provide financial insights to senior management.

Lead electrical architecture, schematic design, PCB/FPC layout oversight, and system integration for gas-detection and lone-worker safety devices. Collaborate across mechanical, firmware, manufacturing and quality teams, drive issue diagnosis and verification, and communicate project status. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support volume production and regulatory/compliance considerations.

Design, test, and optimize electrical architecture, schematics, and PCB/FPC layouts for connected gas-detection and lone-worker safety devices. Lead prototype bring-up, debugging, functional verification and reliability testing. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing and quality teams, select components, resolve electrical issues, and support system-level integration and production readiness.

Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot and repair PCBAs on the manufacturing floor to improve quality and yield. Work with SMT, Process, and Design engineering to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, track failure modes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, coordinate with sales, production, shipping and distributors, resolve customer concerns, support renewals, and meet customer care service levels.
