Coordinate end-to-end client implementations, managing multiple deployments from initiation through execution. Gather requirements, configure customized online accounts, deliver hardware, software, and analytics training, manage expectations, resolve issues, and support product rollouts. The role builds client relationships, coordinates field trials, identifies process improvements, and shares implementation insights internally. Candidates should be organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing numerous clients and projects simultaneously.

Manage daily onsite office operations and workplace experience: greet visitors, support meeting rooms and catering, maintain kitchen and supplies, coordinate facilities requests, assist with onboarding, and ensure health, safety and security procedures are followed.

Lead a portfolio of cross-functional technology and business transformation projects, including enterprise software implementations and process improvements. Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery from intake through post-project review. Coordinate business and technical teams, vendors, executives, testing, training, deployment, change management, and user adoption while ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.
