Processes and reconciles ACH, wires, bill pay, deposits, payroll, and other payment services. Reviews transactions for fraud and compliance risks, supports digital banking products, troubleshoots system issues with IT and vendors, assists employees and members, maintains payment-related general ledger accounts, and supports testing and implementation of new services. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, regulatory knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Performs financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, profitability modeling, asset/liability management, securities analysis, rate research, and regulatory reporting for a credit union. Reconciles financial data, supports ALCO reporting, assists with accounting and examinations, maintains dashboards and models, and provides analysis to departments and committees. The role also supports compliance with financial policies and the Bank Secrecy Act.
