Nine- to twelve-month supervised PMHNP residency preparing recent graduates for pediatric/adolescent psychiatric practice. Residents perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, collaborate with therapists, manage testing and documentation, provide family education, attend supervisory and team meetings, and work onsite in Burke, VA up to two days weekly. Program includes mentorship, guaranteed salary and benefits, and a two-year employment commitment following residency completion.
