Softwate Engineer Intern

• Continuously seek out best practices and develop skills.
• Work on multidisciplinary teams of data engineers, software engineers, and business subject-matter experts to deliver complex projects on time and within budgets.
• Work with a mentor to translate ambiguous and complex business problems into project charters identifying technical risks and project scope.
• Take ownership of the data science workflow including exploratory data analysis, model development, and potential deployment.
• Independently handle issues with minimal supervision, while working closely with a mentor for more complex issues.
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Engineering Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• Experience in using ML LLM models to create and enhance data analytical capabilities using tools like AWS Quicksight, Bedrock and SPICE.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interested in learning model deployment in a production setting
