Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables, manage and coach two analysts, standardize templates and workflows, prepare executive-ready reporting and variance analysis, support long-range planning, BI integration, OneStream enhancements, and provide backup treasury support.

Coordinate mechanical and electrical construction projects by supporting the Project Manager: prepare schedules, monitor progress, manage document control, coordinate trades and vendors, purchase materials, prepare progress reports, and ensure site health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Lead and supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, conduct site inspections and safety orientations, maintain project records, communicate with stakeholders, and support project planning and closeout.

Lead and manage regional division operations including safety compliance, people, estimating, business development, sales, project execution, P&L, and stakeholder relations. Support project managers in planning and delivering mechanical ICI construction projects. Duties include scheduling, budget tracking, change orders, subcontractor coordination, document control with Procore, shop drawing reviews, contract administration, quality and safety support, site visits, O&M manual preparation, and independently managing smaller projects.

Lead mechanical ICI construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, process piping) from planning through commissioning. Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, contracts, subcontractors, document control (Procore), budgets (JDE), purchasing, progress reporting, and client/vendor relationships. Supervise union labour and ensure compliance with company and legislated health and safety programs.

Support facilities maintenance operations by operating JD Edwards for work orders, inventory, purchasing, and preventive maintenance; validate labour time and vendor invoices; prepare operational reports; coordinate schedules, assist with purchase orders, provide front desk backup, and participate in continuous improvement and special projects.

Manage and operate a registered ice plant and two ice surfaces, supervise and train icehouse staff, schedule maintenance and staffing, coordinate ice removal/reinstatement and resurfacer maintenance, liaise with client and welcome desk, and assist with mechanical/electrical system upkeep.

Responsible for full accounts payable cycle: high-volume invoice data entry and matching, weekly disbursements (cheque/EFT), vendor account management, month-end reconciliations, cost coding, responding to inquiries, cashflow prioritization, and support for year-end accruals and audits.

Serve as front-line office contact: manage switchboard, greet visitors, handle mail/couriers, schedule boardrooms, perform clerical tasks (filing, typing, basic accounting, AP support), maintain office supplies and equipment, manage social media/Litmos postings, assist onboarding and asset tracking, and support office events.

Manage end-to-end sourcing and procure-to-pay for Utilities, including bidding, negotiations, contract administration, supplier and delivery management, compliance, KPI reporting, stakeholder engagement, and regional on-site support during a maternity leave term.

Coordinate BIM/VDC across multiple projects to ensure construction-ready models and deliverables. Manage model quality, clash detection, shop and installation drawings, version control, and coordination with project managers, field teams, engineers, and trade partners. Provide technical leadership, maintain VDC workflows, support reality-capture technologies, and drive resolution of field/design discrepancies while tracking action items and ensuring alignment between models and field execution.

Responsible for billing and cost control: coding and reconciling payments in JD Edwards, accurate invoicing, supporting A/R and A/P documentation, coordinating billing team tasks, assisting forecasts and collections, managing client communications, and performing administrative documentation control in a fast-paced environment.

Process end-to-end hourly unionized payroll including direct deposits, new hires, terminations and ROEs. Work with unions to update wage schedules and reconciliations. Respond to payroll inquiries and prepare year-end filings (T4, RL1, T2200). Maintain accurate records and meet payroll deadlines.
