Manage commercial, industrial, institutional, and property management accounts across the Greater Toronto Area. Build long-term client relationships, retain and grow accounts, generate recurring service revenue, identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Support facilities maintenance operations by operating JD Edwards for work orders, inventory, purchasing, and preventive maintenance; validate labour time and vendor invoices; prepare operational reports; coordinate schedules, assist with purchase orders, provide front desk backup, and participate in continuous improvement and special projects.

Manage and operate a registered ice plant and two ice surfaces, supervise and train icehouse staff, schedule maintenance and staffing, coordinate ice removal/reinstatement and resurfacer maintenance, liaise with client and welcome desk, and assist with mechanical/electrical system upkeep.

Lead implementation of the Quality Program on client sites, supervise QC inspectors, perform inspections/tests, prepare Inspection & Test Plans and Manufacturer's Data Reports, manage non-conformances, liaise with regulatory/inspection agencies, ensure compliance with nuclear codes, and support safety and QA processes.
