Operate and maintain military outdoor shooting ranges: inspect and repair targets and infrastructure, perform groundskeeping (mowing, pruning, snow removal), janitorial and routine facility repairs, log incidents, coordinate inspections with exercise directors, liaise with range users and subcontractors, and ensure safety equipment and supplies are maintained. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and pass security clearance.

Manage planning, coordination, execution, and commissioning of HV/MV substation EPC projects. Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, quality, safety, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and project handover. Provide team leadership and support daily departmental operations.

Support facilities management projects by assisting project managers with planning, contracts, progress reporting, procurement, timesheets, document control, scheduling, fleet/equipment and office management, and change management while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
