Supervises Financial Analysts, resolves complex billing and payment issues, manages contract adjustments, develops KPI dashboards, oversees ERP systems, and improves standardized billing processes. Supports staff onboarding, training, workload coordination, and divisional decision-making through accurate operational and financial reports.

Generates new service agreements across assigned commercial, industrial, and institutional territories. Responsibilities include prospect research, cold outreach, appointment setting, discovery, opportunity qualification, sales funnel management, negotiations, and closing agreements. The role focuses on identifying facility operational improvements and building client relationships. Candidates should have business development experience, financial sales negotiation skills, knowledge of relevant trades, strong communication, mathematical and financial literacy, and willingness to travel.

Provides legal counsel on construction and corporate matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, advising on major project structures and joint ventures, and managing litigation. The role supports risk mitigation across projects in Canada, the United States, and Bermuda. Candidates need corporate legal and construction law experience, travel availability, and legal authorization to work in Canada. French-English bilingual ability is preferred.
