Designs, implements, configures, and troubleshoots enterprise networking and cybersecurity environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, PAM, SIEM, NAC, EDR/XDR, MFA, identity security, incident response, architecture design, project delivery, customer consultation, OEM coordination, and senior-level technical support. The role leads complex implementations, develops technical designs, investigates incidents, performs root-cause analysis, and supports enterprise customers and pre-sales teams.

Configure, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and document enterprise Network Access Control environments. Manage authentication, authorization, endpoint profiling, posture assessment, VLAN assignment, segmentation, and wired and wireless 802.1X access. Integrate NAC with Active Directory, RADIUS, LDAP, network infrastructure, firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint security tools. Support deployments, upgrades, incident resolution, customer implementations, reporting, and coordination with network, security, infrastructure, OEM, and customer teams.

Provide network and security consulting: gather requirements, design scalable network architectures, deploy and optimize security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS), troubleshoot issues, produce documentation, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance and best practices.
