Supports the revenue team through Salesforce and Apollo data hygiene, CRM administration, reporting, AI-assisted workflow development, commission processes, performance reviews, and sales enablement. The intern will clean and manage records, research and automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, prepare confidential documents, verify numbers, and help train the revenue team on sales tools and processes.

Supports marketing and revenue operations across lead triage, CRM data accuracy, Apollo outreach sequences, campaign reporting, social media, design, events, PR, and product marketing. The intern will use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research, draft content, verify data, and automate workflows. Responsibilities include scheduling Oktopost posts, tracking campaign performance, preparing event communications, coordinating speaker submissions, monitoring media coverage, and updating marketing collateral.

Lead US sales and expansion efforts as a hands-on player-coach: build predictable pipeline, personally close strategic deals, grow Net Revenue Retention with CSMs, align Sales with Product/Engineering/CS, scale partner-led opportunities, and continuously optimize sales processes. Frequent travel and cross-functional influence in a matrix organization required.
