Serve as a friendly tea brand ambassador in Bird & Blend’s Bath store. Mix tea-based drinks, provide product expertise, greet and sample to customers, deliver memorable service, achieve sales targets, process till transactions, replenish stock, complete store procedures, maintain health and safety standards, and support store events. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Provides broad People and Culture support across retail, operations, and head office. Advises and coaches managers on employee relations, performance, absence, policies, recruitment, payroll, learning and development, and employee lifecycle processes. Supports UK employment law compliance, people projects, organisational change, JEDI initiatives, and continuous process improvement while partnering with the Head of People and Finance.
