Provides an engaging in-store tea experience by mixing tea-based drinks, explaining products, sampling teas, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing till transactions, replenishing stock, completing deliveries and stocktakes, maintaining health and safety standards, supporting sustainability goals, and assisting with store and local events. The role also supports opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and general store operations.

Serve as a friendly tea brand ambassador in a retail store, preparing tea-based drinks, engaging customers, offering samples, processing till transactions, and achieving sales targets. Maintain stock, support deliveries and stocktakes, follow health and safety procedures, keep the store organized, and assist with events. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, is required.
