Drive sales growth for Biotage's Analytical portfolio in Japan by providing technical consultation, method development support, product demonstrations, training, and account planning. Represent the company at events, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, and provide sales forecasts and market feedback. Travel domestically ~20-40% and occasionally overseas.

Lead and execute marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive commercial growth. Manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, CRM, and lead generation. Partner with senior leaders to align commercial priorities, mentor a small marketing team, and continuously improve performance.
