Organizes offsites, board meetings, team gatherings, merchandise, and culture initiatives. Owns administrative workstreams across HR, legal, and operations, maintains Notion workflows, and supports internal tools and basic IT processes. Leads onboarding logistics, equipment and desk setup, office access, supplies, and daily workplace needs while serving as a highly responsive employee-facing contact.

Lead clinical data harmonization for the STELA program: map partner clinical sources to ontologies, design data dictionaries and QC pipelines, write reproducible Python code to clean and validate multimodal clinical datasets, and collaborate with external hospitals/CROs to standardize data for AI model training, with emphasis on oncology and immunology.

Lead clinical data structuring and harmonization for multimodal biomedical datasets: map ontologies, design data dictionaries/metadata, enforce ingest QC, write reproducible Python pipelines, and collaborate with global partners to translate messy clinical sources into AI-ready assets with oncology/immunology domain focus.

Provide clinical and translational expertise to prioritize clinical questions, interpret model outputs, advise on data and academic partnerships, and support pharma engagement for onco-immunology digital-twin and data-generation programs.

Support clinical and translational strategy for digital twin and data-generation programs in onco-immunology. Advise on clinical prioritization, interpret model outputs, guide academic and pharma partnerships, and help design clinically relevant endpoints, biomarkers, and cohorts to maximize foundation-model utility in oncology research.
