Design, build, and own the AWS foundation and Terraform IaC; develop self-service developer-platform tooling; manage CI/CD and deployment fabric; embed security and networking into platform defaults; implement observability and cost controls; and support research teams to scale while enabling self-service workflows.

Lead design and ownership of the AWS cloud foundation and Terraform IaC, build self-service developer platform and CI/CD pipelines, embed security and networking in infrastructure, enable research scale, set platform standards, observability, and cost controls.

Supports the COO and executive leadership through complex calendar, priority, travel, and request coordination. Organizes offsites, board meetings, team gatherings, merchandise, and culture initiatives. Owns administrative workstreams across HR, legal, and operations, maintains Notion workflows, and supports internal tools and basic IT processes. Leads onboarding logistics, equipment and desk setup, office access, supplies, and daily workplace needs while serving as a highly responsive employee-facing contact.
