Manage and lead an insurance telesales team to meet daily and monthly sales, customer and quality targets. Ensure regulatory compliance, resolve technical queries, maintain underwriter relationships, drive data-led improvements, and develop team capability and performance.

Make outbound calls to business customers to qualify needs and generate leads across energy, connectivity, finance and insurance. Build rapport, provide excellent phone-based customer service, meet activity targets and hand qualified leads to senior sales consultants. Full training provided.

Support the insurance sales team by managing policy documentation, processing cancellations and refunds, monitoring documentation accuracy, handling team inboxes, creating daily case reports and allocations, and meeting performance targets.

Own end-to-end enterprise partnerships: target and win high-value partners, negotiate complex deals, model commercial outcomes, launch integrations, and coordinate internal teams to deliver £1m–£3m annual deals and a strong qualified pipeline.

Make outbound calls to small business owners who submitted online enquiries, confirm details, assess eligibility for better deals, record information in Salesforce, and pass qualified leads to sales closers. Provide a professional, helpful customer experience.
