Lead quality assurance and coaching for broker sales teams to improve conversion, retention, compliance and customer outcomes. Conduct call and file reviews, run coaching cycles, document findings, chair quality huddles, partner with technical controls and compliance, and drive continuous improvement and governance aligned to FCA and Data Protection requirements.

Lead and manage an insurance telesales team to hit daily, monthly and quality targets; develop leaders, resolve technical and broking queries, maintain underwriter relationships, drive data-led improvements, and ensure regulatory and customer-quality standards.
