Manage post-sale contract journeys between customers, internal teams, and energy suppliers. Resolve queries, gather missing information, coordinate terminations, update systems, monitor outstanding contracts, recommend process improvements, and support training to ensure accurate, timely contract processing and high-quality customer service.

Manage and renew a portfolio of SME energy customers by identifying needs, presenting tailored energy deals, negotiating and closing renewals, meeting KPIs, cross-selling services, and providing ongoing account management and follow-up.
