Drives sales growth for aquaculture feed products by conducting market research, visiting hatcheries, providing technical support, promoting products, and managing customer relationships. Monitors feed usage, processes customer and market data, prepares reports and stock orders, supports contracts and commercial negotiations, and addresses post-sale issues. Collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, and product development teams to align offerings with market needs and improve customer value.

Provides technical consultancy and practical field support to aquaculture customers across Europe. Evaluates feed performance, flesh quality, water quality, and fish health; coordinates feed benchmark trials; develops technical services; and participates in industry events. The role combines customer advisory work, project coordination, site visits, and collaboration with sales and technical teams to improve aquaculture performance and sustainability.

Manage BioMar’s South Germany sales territory for trout feed, developing sales plans, meeting volume and margin targets, expanding market presence, and building relationships with trout farmers and distributors. Provide tailored feeding solutions with technical teams, monitor market and competitor trends, support campaigns, track forecasts and results, and collaborate internationally. The role requires aquaculture expertise, frequent local travel, occasional international travel, fluent German, business-level English, and a valid driver’s license.
