At BioFarm, you will play a key role in helping fish farmers achieve better results through knowledge, collaboration, and practical support. You will work closely with customers across Europe and contribute to ensuring they gain maximum value from their partnership with BioMar.

As part of the BioFarm Baltic team, you will combine technical expertise with customer interaction, acting as a trusted advisor and helping drive innovation, performance, and sustainable growth across the aquaculture industry.

Make a difference through technical expertise and customer partnerships

In this role, you will support customers with feed performance, feeding management, water quality, flesh quality, and fish health. You will work closely with customers, sales managers, technical specialists, and colleagues across BioMar to ensure customers achieve the best possible results.

The position offers a combination of technical consultancy, practical fieldwork, and project coordination. Regular travel across European markets is an important part of the role, requiring a hands-on approach and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Provide technical support to customers across European markets.
  • Visit customer sites to conduct feed performance evaluations, flesh quality monitoring, and water quality analyses.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute feed benchmark trials internally and together with customers.
  • Contribute to the development of BioFarm services and technical solutions.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Bring your aquaculture knowledge and passion for customer success

You have a genuine interest in aquaculture and enjoy turning technical knowledge into practical value for customers. You already have industry experience and you are motivated to develop your expertise and build strong partnerships across different functions and cultures.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working independently when needed. You take initiative to identify and solve problems, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and approach challenges with a structured and customer-focused mindset.

Must-have requirements

  • Background in aquaculture, fish nutrition, fish health, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of fish health and physiology, particularly salmonids.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and cultures.
  • Fluency in English and strong numerical and IT skills.
  • Full EU driving licence and willingness to travel across Europe.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience within the aquaculture industry in a production or technical role.
  • Commercial understanding and customer advisory experience.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
