Shape the future of trout feed in your territory
As Sales Manager, together with our Sales Manager for North Germany, you will be responsible for developing and expanding BioMar’s presence in Germany. You work closely with trout farmers, distributors, and internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring BioMar continues to grow in a competitive and evolving market.
In this role, you translate strategy into action and build strong partnerships that create long-term value for our customers and BioMar. You contribute directly to BioMar’s commercial success while strengthening customer trust and collaboration across the value chain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales volume and margin targets, build a strong customer pipeline, expand market presence, and promote BioMar’s trout feed portfolio with a focus on value, performance, and sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trout farmers and distributors, providing tailored feeding strategies in collaboration with BioMar’s technical support team (BioFarm).
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, adapt sales strategies, and provide regular feedback to internal BioMar teams.
  • Partner with BioFarm to align sales with product innovation and technical service, strengthen collaboration with the BioMar A/S organization in Brande, and support marketing campaigns, materials, and events that drive sales objectives.
  • Track and report sales activities, results, and forecasts to align with business goals, improve sales processes, strengthen customer engagement, and support operational excellence.

You take ownership of your territory, prioritize effectively, and build trust with both customers and colleagues. You communicate clearly and use your expertise to support customers in improving performance and outcomes.

We see your key competences as:

  • Proven sales experience within aquaculture, aqua feed, or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of trout farming practices and feed performance metrics
  • Relevant education within agribusiness, aquaculture, veterinary sciences, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

In addition, it is important that you are comfortable working in an international environment and are motivated by travelling and engaging with customers across your territory.

Skills Required
