Supports European financial operations, focusing on accounts payable and receivable, general accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and treasury support.

Provide daily on-site operational support for member startups, manage front desk and onboarding, maintain site databases and communications, produce marketing materials and social content, plan and host events, handle vendor/shipping tasks, manage cafe services, and partner with network operations to standardize processes.

Processes and verifies invoices, prepares vendor payment runs, reconciles accounts, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor data, and supports month-end close, audits, reporting, and process improvements. The role monitors transactions across Jaggaer, NetSuite, and MineralTree, troubleshoots workflow and integration issues, responds to internal and vendor inquiries, and assists with training and accounts payable projects.

Support global Marketplace operations by onboarding suppliers, managing system workflows (Jaggaer/ERP), cleaning and analyzing procurement/finance datasets, building reports and dashboards, developing ROI models, identifying process inefficiencies, and driving automation and continuous improvement.
