Support daily operations of a shared biotech laboratory: maintain equipment and utilities, manage inventories and hazardous waste, assist onboarding/offboarding, implement safety and SOPs, provide resident customer service, and support site EHS and community activities.

Lead business development and ecosystem engagement for a life-sciences incubator by building relationships, sourcing prospective resident companies, managing a sales pipeline, delivering high-touch concierge support to members, coordinating community programming, and representing the site at regional industry events to drive occupancy and member success.

Manage daily operations of a shared life-sciences lab, oversee equipment and vendor relationships, act as site EHS officer, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, run onboarding/offboarding and inventory, respond to after-hours issues, and support resident company success and network best-practices.

Support People & Culture operations across European sites: manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems and reporting, employee engagement, local compliance, and day-to-day HR support to ensure a positive employee experience.

Support day-to-day financial operations across Europe including accounts payable/receivable, general accounting, reconciliations, cash management, and month-end close. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and financial reports. Assist with budgeting, audits, tax compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Support global Marketplace operations by onboarding suppliers, managing system workflows (Jaggaer/ERP), cleaning and analyzing procurement/finance datasets, building reports and dashboards, developing ROI models, identifying process inefficiencies, and driving automation and continuous improvement.

Provide daily on-site operational support for member startups, manage front desk and onboarding, maintain site databases and communications, produce marketing materials and social content, plan and host events, handle vendor/shipping tasks, manage cafe services, and partner with network operations to standardize processes.
