Supports finance operations including month-end and year-end close, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany balances, fixed asset registers, VAT and Intrastat data, statutory accounts, EMEA sales reporting, and external audits. The Senior Data Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, analyzing customer and commercial data, building dashboards and reporting solutions, developing SQL and Python data transformations, managing pipelines, integrating enterprise systems, and establishing data governance and quality standards.

Leads continuous improvement initiatives within hematology reagent manufacturing, focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, automation, cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational efficiency. Manages Visual Factory systems and Gemba walks, analyzes performance data using Smartsheet and Power BI, develops process documentation, supports business cases, and collaborates with quality, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and production teams. Ensures improvement activities align with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Manages and expands biopharma accounts across the Nordic region, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations. Develops account strategies, grows revenue, engages key opinion leaders and senior stakeholders, supports strategic partnerships, and conducts customer visits and events.
