Plans, executes, monitors, and closes multiple research and development projects within Bio-Techne’s Reagent Solutions Division. Defines scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, budgets, and communication plans; coordinates cross-functional teams; manages risks, roadblocks, changes, and corrective actions; tracks quality and progress; maintains project documentation; and reports outcomes to stakeholders.

Performs routine laboratory experiments and low-complexity production batches under established procedures. Documents experimental results and batch records, maintains laboratory equipment, follows chemical-handling and safety requirements, enters and reviews database information, supports quality and compliance objectives, and identifies process improvements. The role requires increasing independence, cross-training across departmental functions, effective workload management, and collaboration in a laboratory or production environment.

Supervises a kit assembly team of 4–8 employees, prioritizes production assignments, and ensures timely customer order completion. Responsibilities include employee coaching, SOP training, controlled document approval, inventory management, production reporting, continuous improvement, CAPA and nonconformance actions, cross-functional troubleshooting, and hands-on assembly support. The role operates in a regulated manufacturing environment and requires adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.
