Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for designated roles, including Developers, Designers, and Product Managers. Source and pipeline candidates, partner with hiring teams to understand needs, deliver positive candidate and interviewer experiences, maintain recruiting data integrity, report metrics, and represent BIMM throughout the hiring process. This is a six-month fixed-term hybrid contract requiring two office days per week.

Supports the CEO by managing calendars, communications, priorities, travel, meeting preparation, correspondence, and follow-through. Coordinates executive leadership meetings, offsites, and planning sessions while anticipating risks, resolving conflicts, and ensuring commitments are completed. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong communication, adaptability, and independent prioritization in a fast-paced agency environment. It also involves working with clients, partners, and senior leaders across time zones while using Microsoft 365, AI tools, and automation to improve productivity.

Develop and optimize full-stack web applications using React and Node.js, including APIs, accessible UIs, third-party SaaS integrations, and secure cloud infrastructure. Build and integrate agentic workflows and MCP-compatible APIs, deploy with AWS and Docker, and implement automated testing, observability, authentication, and authorization patterns. Collaborate with a distributed technology team in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

The Senior Resource Manager owns workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, staffing fulfillment, and external talent management across multidisciplinary agency teams. The role translates client, business development, and financial pipelines into hiring and resourcing plans; coordinates employees, freelancers, contractors, vendors, and nearshore/offshore partners; maintains utilization and capacity data; and proactively mitigates staffing gaps, resource conflicts, and delivery risks. The position partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Talent, Client Leadership, and department heads.

Build and extend a high-traffic Ruby on Rails 8 platform, including server-rendered features, Hotwire interactions, CMS capabilities, APIs, and resilient third-party integrations. Design Sidekiq workflows, optimize PostgreSQL performance, implement caching and scaling strategies, remediate security issues, and improve automated test coverage. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, mobile, QA, and distributed engineering teams while supporting seasonal traffic peaks and maintaining an established codebase.
