Guides customers through vehicle purchases by identifying needs, demonstrating vehicles, explaining financing and protection options, completing sales paperwork, and following up to build repeat and referral business. The role requires meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals while coordinating with management, F&I, and service teams and representing the dealership’s values.

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and internal IT operations across multiple automotive dealerships. Manage networks, servers, firewalls, cloud environments, Microsoft 365, identity systems, dealership platforms, vendors, budgets, policies, disaster recovery, and technology projects. Develop internal IT capabilities, troubleshoot complex issues, support acquisitions and expansions, and partner with leadership to improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen security.

Coordinate remote vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and drop-offs while providing concierge-level client service. Manage appointments, personalized communications, and use video conferencing, e-signature, and CRM tools to ensure seamless, flexible, customer-centric experiences.

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. Desk deals with F&I, monitor CRM and lead follow-up, manage inventory presentation and pricing, coach and recruit sales consultants, produce forecasts and reports, and coordinate with accounting, service, and parts to ensure operational compliance and smooth customer experiences.

Sell new and used vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating and test-driving cars, handling inquiries and follow-up, preparing purchase paperwork, warm-calling past customers, and delivering vehicles. Report sales activities to the Sales Manager.
